| Exchanges policy
All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.
Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.
We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.
A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order.

We will not accept returns or exchanges if we sent you the correct products!
We will not accept returns or exchangs just because the customer decides they no longer want a pair of shoes, or because the customers has picked the wrong shoes or because the customer thought they would look different from the pictures.

Returns Policy
1. we are committed to your complete satisfaction. You must contact us before sending the shoes back . All items sent back to us must be in their original condition.I.E not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached
2. If returning items for a refund, all returned items are subjet to a 15% returning fee, Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
3. We do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs, Additionally,we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection. As we can not be responsible for lost shipments.
